The use of Psychologyandmore’s internet pages is basically possible without any indication of personal data. However, if a person concerned requests special services from our company via our website, it may be necessary to process personal data. The website operator has a legitimate interest in this, as the amount of his affiliate remuneration can only be determined through the cookies. Further information and details on the handling of your data and Digistore24’s data protection regulations can be found at www.digistore24.com/legal/privacy

order processing
Additional data may be requested from us for the provision of services subject to a charge in order to guarantee the execution of the contract (Art. 6 (1)b) DSGVO). For the execution of the contract, we forward personal data to our service providers, transport, and shipping companies (Art. 6 (1)b) DSGVO). If users post comments or other contributions, their IP addresses may be saved on the basis of our legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f. of the German Data Protection Act. DSGVO for 7 days. This is done for our security if someone leaves illegal comments and contributions (insults, forbidden political propaganda, etc.). In this case, we can be prosecuted ourselves for the comment or contribution and are therefore interested in the identity of the author. Furthermore, we reserve the right, on the basis of our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO, to process user data for the purpose of spam detection. The data provided in the context of comments and contributions will be permanently stored by us until the user objects.

f. Analytics

I.) Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

For more information on the privacy practices of Google, please visit the Google Privacy & Terms web page: http://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/

II.) Our website measures conversions using visitor action pixels from Facebook, Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”).

These allow the behavior of site visitors to be tracked after they click on a Facebook ad to reach the provider’s website. This allows an analysis of the effectiveness of Facebook advertisements for statistical and market research purposes and their future optimization.

The data collected is anonymous to us as operators of this website and we cannot use it to draw any conclusions about our users’ identities. However, the data are stored and processed by Facebook, which may make a connection to your Facebook profile and which may use the data for its own advertising purposes, as stipulated in the Facebook privacy policy. This will allow Facebook to display ads both on Facebook and on third-party sites. We have no control over how this data is used.

Check out Facebook’s privacy policy to learn more about protecting your privacy: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.

You can also deactivate the custom audiences remarketing feature in the Ads Settings section at https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/?entry_product=ad_settings_screen. You will first need to log into Facebook.

4. Newsletter
When you register to receive our newsletter, the data you provide will be used exclusively for this purpose. Subscribers may also be informed by e-mail of circumstances relevant to the service or registration (e.g. changes in the newsletter offering or technical circumstances). For an effective registration, we need a valid e-mail address. We use the “double opt-in” procedure in order to verify that a registration is actually carried out by the owner of an e-mail address. To this end, we log the order of the newsletter, the sending of a confirmation e-mail and the receipt of the reply requested herewith. Further data will not be collected. The data will be used exclusively for the newsletter dispatch and will not be passed on to third parties.

5. legal basis
Data processing is based on your agreement (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can cancel this consent at any time. The legality of the data processing operations that have already taken place remains unaffected by the revocation.

7. where will my data be processed?
Your data will be processed in Germany. To the extent permitted by law, data processing also takes place in other European and non-European countries.

8. will my data be passed on to third parties, for example to government authorities?
In certain cases, we are legally obliged to transfer data to a requesting government agency. Beyond that, we do not give any data to third parties unless you have expressly consented.

9. your rights to information, correction, blocking, deletion, and opposition
You have the right to receive information about your personal data stored by us at any time. You also have the right to have your personal data corrected, blocked or deleted, apart from the prescribed data storage for business transactions. In order that a lock of data can be considered at any time, these data must be held in a lock file for control purposes. You can also request the deletion of the data unless there is a legal archiving obligation. If such an obligation exists, we will block your data on request. You can change or revoke your agreement by notifying us accordingly with effect for the future.

Changes to our privacy policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy from time to time to keep it up to date with current legal requirements or to incorporate changes to our services in the Privacy Policy, such as when introducing new services. Your revisit will then be subject to the new Privacy Policy.
